I would go to Scotland! No doubt about it! Don’t even have to think about it….I am obsessed with men in kilts! Strong braw men who had to do real backbreaking work for a living to survive and women who had to be strong because if they weren’t they would even have a loaf of bread on the table.

I would love to time travel to England, but would have to research to find a good time period that I would enjoy. I would love to see a knight (horses are a longtime love of mine). But I don’t want to end up in the times of the plague. I would like to stay 6 months to get a more accurate feeling of how things were at that time.

As I’m living in a town that was built in 1200 and in a house that was built more than a hundred years ago, I’d love to travel back in time to see this place change and especially to see this house. Someone kept pigs where my bathroom now is, the neighbour had horses, several families lived here at the same time in very small apartments and so on. Around the corner were the potteries and… right, well, I’d really love to see it all!

That is a hard question, would I want to go back to the times when people could die from a simple cold, or no indoor plumbing, I am not so sure about that. I think I would like to go back to meet my grandmother who died when she was 32 years old, and maybe try to help head off the illness that caused her death so that my mother wouldn’t grow up without a mother. But would that change my history? Maybe to age 18 and marry my high school boyfriend, but then I wouldn’t have my sons, I would for sure go back and knowing what I know now see prevent my son dying at 17. It isn’t a decision I would make lightly.
